Empresa británica formada por entre otros el estudio Traveller's Tales -creadores de muchos juegos de plataformas desde los años 90- y que poseen los derechos de los juguetes LEGO para realizar videojuegos, unos títulos que han triunfado en los últimos años como LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Indiana Jones, LEGO Batman o LEGO Rock Band. En el año 2007 Warner Bros adquiere la compañía en su plan de expandirse en la industria del videojuego.
