Empresa estadounidense fundada por el matrimonio Ken y Roberta Williams, conocidos por sus aventuras y considerados los creadores de la primera aventura gráfica de la historia. Esta fue King's Quest -1984-, una saga pionera que se prolongó hasta en ocho entregas -1998-. Otras de sus sagas de aventuras también famosas fueron Leisure Suit Larry, Police y Space Quest, y Gabriel Knight. Como editora publican títulos tan importantes como Half-Life, y en 2004 pasan a formar parte de Vivendi, que a su vez se fusiona con Activision Blizzard en 2008.
