New Fire Emblem 3DS Details Create your own main character in Awakening. It looks like Nintendo is finally ready to begin promoting the 3DS entry in the Fire Emblem series. The game is featured in the latest issue of Jump, which means we should be getting coverage through Famitsu and hopefully online as well over the coming week. As detailed late last year, the 3DS Fire Emblem game is fully titled Fire Emblem Kakusei, or "Awakening." English language text beneath the logo in Jump explains the meaning of the Awakening part: "Two sleeping dragons -- one a sacred ally of mankind, the other its sworn destroyer. Two heroes marked with symbols of the dragons. Their meeting heralds the dragons' awakening -- and the world's ending." Jump introduces the game's main character Krom, prince of the Kingdom of Iris. As Fire Emblem fans have speculated, he is of the Lord class and wields a weapon called Sealed Sword Falchion. Krom is not the only main character, though. The game lets you create your own unit, freely selecting gender, face parts and other areas. This character serves as the game's other main character. The meeting between Krom and this character is a major part of the story. Jump also introduces two gameplay components, Free Maps and the new Dual system. Free Maps are a returning feature from past Fire Emblem games. This system lets you freely move across the map and buy goods or take part in battle. The Dual system is triggered when you enter battle while next to an ally. You and the ally will enter battle together. In addition to your character gaining increased abilities, the ally character will help out with attacks of his own.

Pinta brutalerrimo! Nintendo, haz los deberes y trae este juego, por Dios.

Este juego tiene que llegar aquí sí o sí. Menuda pintaza.

         

Puedes crear tu personaje principal! Y encima te lo dibuja a lo anime! OMG, que ganas!

Tiene muy buena pinta a nivel visual por lo poco que se puede apreciar, pero los personajes se ven más detallados de lo habitual, lástima que este tipo de juegos no sean de mi gusto, ahora que tengo el del programa embajadores le daré una oportunidad aunque ya probé en su día el FF Tactics y la experiencia no fue muy gratificante.

El denominado FE 12 se quedó en tierras japonesas, ya sé que era el libro 2 del Fire Emblem I pero no me gustó nada la cerdada de no localizarlo a Occidente.

Por otro lado pinta de lujo el juego, jejeje. Un saludo cordial.

Soy yo o el diseño de personajes ha cambiado?,no recuerdo el nombre del hombre ni de las series,pero tambien puso sus diseños en un titulo jrpg de Wii que no nos llego a europa (¬¬),pinta genial y yo sin 3DS...

A simple vista no me gusta ni el diseño de personajes tan "animesco" ni la idea del mapa abierto, que en Sacred Stones no estaba muy bien llevada (ignoro si entre los FE clásicos hay alguna entrega que la implementara mejor el sistema). No obstante, gráficamente no parece un insulto a la potencia de la consola (a diferencia de las entregas de sobremesa) y estoy necesitado de un FE nuevo, así que lo espero con muchas ganas  

A mí me la sopla cómo sea gráficamente, mientras la jugabilidad sea más ágil que en los últimos juegos me conformo. Es un Fire Emblem y LO NECESITO.

No me gusta el rollo mangagayer éste, con lo majete que ha sido siempre el estilo de los FE.
